Concept - Design - Production

The main stages in projects regardless of genre. In projects, tasks can cover all stages as well as selective ones. I form a brief and concept, design layouts, prepare materials for production. The diagram in the right column shows my involvement in the stages of a project's life.

Each stage goes through two role levels.

Roles in the project

Design - Management

Executive and management roles. I act both as a designer - designing, coming up with concepts, working on layouts, preparing for the production process, and as a producer - assembling and managing teams, working with subcontractors, quality control. The diagram in the right column shows my involvement in different roles in the projects.
