I design projects at all stages: forming a brief together with the client, conceptual design, layout and author's control of production.

I work systematically, using design as a method for solving business-tasks: identify business needs, formulate design evaluation criteria, and work in iterations until the set goals are achieved. I immerse myself in the tasks and specifics of each project, pay attention to details, and am responsible for the result.

I manage design-teams. I help establish interactions between designers and with related departments. I establish work processes and methods based on the company's needs and the maturity of the project. I train, mentor and inspire designers.

I manage the workflow on the project. I launch and debug the design-system. I ensure a controlled process and result at three stages: operational, tactical, strategic.

For business: audit of the current state of affairs in design, drawing up a project development map, review of the principles and methodology of the design-department.
